​My 60 Day Plant-Based Fat Burning Program is not a run-of-the-mill diet.  This is a beginners online program that focuses on clean, healthy eating and fueling your body with nourishing, nutritious Plant-Based foods. By eliminating the animal products, the processed, packaged junk, the fast food, the sugar, and all of the stuff our bodies aren’t able to process and replacing it with fresh, nutrient-filled foods that are cleansing and healing, you can lose the weight for good!  You will also learn to examine your mental and emotional approach to eating to cast aside unhealthy habits and toxic emotions with food. 
 
By the end of the program, you will not only see a smaller number on the scale and wear a smaller size, you’ll FEEL better. You’ll have energy, healthy digestion, and a healthier relationship with food and eating!
